Flat Re–furb
Mark completely redecorated my two bedroomed maisonette in a month. The property was in dire need of an update, with wood chip walls and artex ceilings, he removed the numerous layers of wallpaper, skimmed all the walls and ceilings and then painted all the walls, ceilings, skirting boards, doors and door frames. The result was impressive, much better than I had imagined, the flat looks modern with clean lines throughout. Mark kept in regular contact making suggestions and updates. Mark wallpapered one wall in my lounge, painted the rest and painted kitchen and bathroom. His work was to a high standard, quick and professional. He left everything tidy at the end of the day. A Decorator In Demand!
On recommendation from a neighbour we used Mark's services to give a facelift to our hall, stairs and landing. This work was undertaken two or three weeks ago and we would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to others. The prep work was thoroughly undertaken and the finished job was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Mark worked quickly and quietly and turned up promptly at the agreed time each morning. Will definitely use his services again. However don't expect the work to be undertaken at short notice because as you would expect from a popular decorator you do have to wait a while for him to fit you in.

Mark was recommended to me by the company we buy all our carpets from when told them I was looking for a good decorator to do a full redecoration of our main bedroom. I'd recently had another company in to do the sitting room who failed to meet my high standards expectations. Mark has just completed the work today and I have to say he is easily the best decorator we have come across in years. Exemplary standard of work from preparation through to the finished product. Up until about 10 years ago I used to do all my own painting and decorating. I might have taken much longer to do the work but the standard of workmanship was pretty high. Mark is the first person bar one other a few years ago who was stupidly expensive, who meets or beats that level of quality expectation. He's neat and tidy at all times and offered to move heavy items back into the room before leaving. He did a small extra task in the kitchen and didn't ask for any extra money, which I would have happily paid out. A quiet worker around the house, you'd hardly know he was there. The odd cup of tea to keep him fortified and a chance for a quick social chat, just so I got to know him a bit better – l like that. His price for the job was very reasonable and certainly represented excellent value for money given the quality of his work. I won't be looking any further than Mark for future jobs and at the end of the day, that the highest recommendation one can offer.

Mark has decorated our conservatory, lounge, dining room, stairs, landing and down stairs cloak room – much of this work was undertaken whilst we were away on holiday for two weeks with Mark keeping us updated via text. When we moved into this area we were at a loss to find a reliable decorator. However it was recommended to us that we should contact Mark Williams because he has an outstanding reputation for reliability and high class workmanship. Bearing in mind we were complete strangers to this area and over the years we have lived in various parts of the UK, we have to admit Mark was like a saviour to us. He was prompt in returning our phone calls and when he visited our property, nothing was too much trouble to ensure the works were carried out within our tight timescale. Immaculate - I did not find one fault/mistake
Having hired Mark to paint my living room, stairs and bedroom I would highly recommend his work – and I am fussy! There were many holes in the walls following shelves and sockets which he removed and filled perfectly. The end result was immaculate, I can honestly say I did not find one fault/mistake, and I checked everywhere!
